Deepinder Goyal’s Eternal has announced its financial results for the second quarter of FY26, and the numbers paint a picture of rapid expansion across all its business verticals — Zomato, Blinkit, and District. The company recorded an extraordinary 172 percent year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching ₹13,968 crore, reflecting strong consumer demand and operational scale.

Eternal’s Record-Breaking Quarter

Eternal’s adjusted revenue surged to ₹13,968 crore in Q2 FY26, nearly doubling from the previous quarter and marking its highest growth rate since inception. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹224 crore, up 30 percent sequentially, indicating improved profitability across business segments. The company’s total Net Order Value across Zomato, Blinkit, and District climbed to ₹23,164 crore — a 57 percent increase compared to last year.

Blinkit Leads the Growth Charge

Blinkit emerged as the standout performer of the quarter, with its Net Order Value rising 137 percent year-on-year and 27 percent quarter-on-quarter. The company added 272 new dark stores, taking the total count to 1,816, and plans to expand to 3,000 by March 2027. Eternal highlighted that Blinkit’s performance marked its strongest quarter in ten quarters, underscoring its growing dominance in India’s quick commerce segment.

Zomato Crosses ₹500 Crore Profit Milestone

Zomato, Eternal’s flagship food delivery platform, reported its best-ever profitability, earning over ₹500 crore in profit this quarter. The company achieved a 14 percent growth in food delivery order value and maintained a record 5.3 percent profit margin on total orders. Eternal said that Zomato’s growth momentum has begun to recover after a stable first quarter, positioning it strongly for the upcoming festive season.

District Expands in India and the UAE

Eternal’s entertainment and events arm, District, also had an impressive quarter with 32 percent growth in Net Order Value. The platform introduced a new ‘stores’ category within its app and onboarded more than 3,400 outlets across six cities, completing over 60,000 transactions. District also launched operations in the UAE — a strategic move tapping into a market known for its thriving outdoor entertainment scene.

Hyperpure Sees Consistent Gains

Eternal’s B2B restaurant supply vertical, Hyperpure, grew 42 percent year-on-year and 15 percent quarter-on-quarter. The company noted that Hyperpure is on track to achieve profitability within the next two quarters, thanks to efficient supply chain management and expanding vendor partnerships.

A Strong Outlook for Eternal

With each business unit firing on all cylinders, Eternal continues to position itself as one of India’s most dynamic digital conglomerates. Blinkit’s explosive growth, Zomato’s profitability, and District’s international expansion together reflect the company’s growing market depth and operational maturity.
